Welcome to SANDIX+. By accessing or using our website and streaming services: including profiles, ZapMatch, Premium, and the Creator Dashboard: you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By using SANDIX+, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian. Users under 18 must obtain parental permission.

2. Account and Profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Viewing profiles created under your account, along with their Favorites and Watch Later lists, are kept locally on the device you use: see our Cookies & Local Storage page. Sharing account credentials is prohibited. SANDIX+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content Usage

All films, series, and multimedia content on SANDIX+ are protected by copyright or licenses. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, downloading (except for temporary caching), public display, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. ZapMatch

ZapMatch is a discovery feature that suggests films and series based on your swipes and preferences, kept locally on your device. It is provided for entertainment and discovery purposes; suggestions are not guarantees of availability or personal recommendations in a legal sense.

5. Premium Subscription

Some content and features on SANDIX+ may require a Premium subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from Settings; access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

6. Creator Dashboard & Submissions

Creator accounts may submit original or properly licensed works for review through the Creator Dashboard. By submitting a work, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content and grant SANDIX+ the license needed to host and stream it on the platform. SANDIX+ reserves the right to review, accept, reject, or remove submitted content at its discretion, including for copyright or quality reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

The SANDIX+ name, logo, design, and software are owned by SANDIX+. Film and series content remains the property of its respective rights holders or creators. Nothing on the site grants you ownership rights beyond the limited streaming license above. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access content illegally;
• Interfering with the operation of the platform;
• Uploading or distributing harmful content, malware, or viruses, including through Creator submissions;
• Submitting content you do not hold the rights to;
• Violating the rights of other users or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SANDIX+ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content or ZapMatch suggestions. All streaming is at your own risk. SANDIX+ disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANDIX+ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or content access, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

SANDIX+ may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or for any reason deemed necessary for the protection of the platform or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time as SANDIX+ evolves. Continued use of SANDIX+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of France, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
