Before submitting or publishing this dossier on the SANDIX+ platform, please read the following provisions in full. Validating this step is a contractual act that engages your personal responsibility and/or that of the entity you represent.
Sole responsibility of the depositor. The depositor acknowledges and accepts that they are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, legality, authenticity, completeness, and compliance of all information, declarations, documents, files, works, content, personal data, cast details, technical details, production details, distribution details, and any other element provided, entered, or declared as part of this form and any associated dossier.
No guarantee from SANDIX+. SANDIX+, the company operating it, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners ("SANDIX+") do not carry out any exhaustive, systematic, or in-depth legal verification of the information provided by depositors. SANDIX+ does not in any way guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, or legality of the information, declarations, or documents submitted by a depositor, whatever they may be.
Exclusion of liability. Consequently, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SANDIX+ cannot be held liable for any false declaration, omission, inaccuracy, error, dispute, litigation, third-party claim, infringement of copyright, related rights, image rights, or intellectual property rights, contractual rights, missing or invalid authorization, breach of any contract, or any inaccurate statement relating to production, distribution, co-production, partners, supporting organizations, artistic cast, subtitle availability, or any financial or contractual information provided by the depositor.
Rights, authorizations and licenses. By submitting this form, the depositor certifies and warrants that they hold, or have duly obtained, all rights, authorizations, licenses, assignments, agreements, and consents necessary — including, without limitation, copyright, related rights, music rights, image rights of any person appearing in the work, rights relating to third-party content, and rights relating to the use of tools or content generated by artificial intelligence — to propose, present, exploit, and distribute the work concerned on the SANDIX+ platform and, where applicable, on any medium or territory mentioned in this dossier.
Consequences of false or fraudulent information. The depositor assumes full civil and criminal responsibility for any false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information, or any material omission, and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify SANDIX+ against any consequence, claim, judgment, cost, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from an inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent statement on their part.
Technical intermediary role. SANDIX+ acts exclusively as a technical intermediary for connection and distribution, based on the information declared by the depositor. This role as technical intermediary shall in no way be interpreted as validation, approval, endorsement, or guarantee by SANDIX+ of the truthfulness or legality of the content or information submitted.
Payments and financial proposals. The depositor is informed and accepts that any proposal of payment, remuneration, acquisition, license, assignment of rights, or any other financial arrangement, whatever it may be, relating to the submitted work, cannot automatically result from the submission or publication of this form. Any discussion of this nature will be the subject of separate and distinct communication, carried out by email or telephone, and will necessarily be preceded by a prior appointment. This first appointment may be followed by one or several additional appointments before any final contractual validation. Consequently, no information entered in the "Monetization Information" section constitutes, by itself, an offer, a firm commitment, or a contract on the part of SANDIX+.
Payment contact details. Any bank details, contact details, or payment terms optionally provided in this form will only be used by SANDIX+ within the strict framework of subsequent commercial discussions, subject to the express and prior agreement of both parties, and shall not bind SANDIX+ to any payment, nor constitute any payment obligation in the absence of a separately formalized contractual agreement.
Mandatory acknowledgment. The depositor declares having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted all of the provisions of this notice, as well as SANDIX+'s general terms of use, legal notices, and privacy policy, otherwise available on the platform. This acknowledgment and acceptance are a mandatory and blocking condition for sending or publishing any submission request.
Applicable law. These provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory public-policy provisions that cannot be contractually excluded or limited. Nothing in this notice is intended, or shall be construed, to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
