Your privacy matters to SANDIX+. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what stays on your device, and how it's used across the app: streaming, profiles, ZapMatch, Premium, and the Creator Dashboard.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on SANDIX+. Most of your day-to-day data (profiles, Favorites, Watch Later, ZapMatch picks) is kept locally on your device rather than on our servers. See our Cookies & Local Storage page for the technical detail.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email and authentication details when you create a SANDIX+ account through Supabase.
Profile Data (stored locally): Profile names, avatars, and the active profile on your device: kept in local storage, not on our servers.
Viewing Activity (stored locally): Favorites, Watch Later, and ZapMatch swipe history, kept in local storage so recommendations feel personal without leaving your device.
Creator & Submission Data: If you use the Creator Dashboard or submit a work, we collect the information needed to review and publish that content (title metadata, credits, contact details).
Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and basic device information, used only to operate the service securely.

2. How We Use Your Data

Authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
Power features that depend on locally-stored data: Favorites, Watch Later, ZapMatch, profile switching.
Process Premium subscriptions and manage access to premium content.
Review and publish content submitted through the Creator Dashboard.
Send essential account or service messages (e.g. login, security, submission status).

3. Data Sharing

SANDIX+ does not sell your personal data and does not share it with advertisers. We may share limited information with:

Supabase, our authentication and infrastructure provider, strictly to operate accounts and sessions.
Payment processors, if you subscribe to Premium, to process your payment securely.
Legal authorities, only when required by law or to protect the rights of SANDIX+ and its users.

4. Local Storage vs. Our Servers

Profiles, Favorites, Watch Later, and ZapMatch data live in your browser's local storage, on your device: not in a central database we control. That means this data won't automatically appear on another device, and clearing your browser data will remove it. Full details are on our Cookies & Local Storage page.

5. Your Rights

Access the account information we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your account.
Clear locally-stored data at any time from Settings or your browser settings.
Withdraw consent for certain processing activities where applicable.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures: including Supabase's authentication and encryption practices: to protect your account information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law. Locally-stored data (profiles, lists, ZapMatch history) is retained only on your device, for as long as you keep it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SANDIX+ evolves. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of SANDIX+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
